ECash = Electronic Cash or Virtual Money

Please make sure to have sufficient E-Cash Funds to do your Remittance Business or any transactions. Our Fund Request Transactions is done within the day. To have sufficient E-Cash Balance, you can do Payout Transactions through SmartPadala and GCash Padala Transactions. SmartPadala ang GCash payouts will have corresponding service charges deducted on the amount transferred by the sending partner.

The BIGGER your ECash, the more and bigger transaction you can make!

FUND REQUEST

HOW TO MAKE A FUND REQUEST:

After depositing to any of our bank account in GPRS, login to your account and click on Fund Transfer/Fund Request.
You will see the FUND REQUEST form with your default Regcode and mobile number.
Select fund type to either ECASH or LOADWALLET.
Select deposit type; either Online Deposit, Bank Deposit, Smartmoney, or GCash.
Type the institution name where you made the deposit.
Type the branch name of your deposit.
Type the amount without a comma.
Type the reference number given by the bank or smart/gcash.
Type the exact date and time of your deposit.
Click process to make a successful fund request.

FUND TRANSFER

STEPS TO SEND USING SMARTMONEY

Register you sim with Smartmoney for Smart subscribers.
After registration, you can then go to Smartmoney/Gcash and load your own Smartmoney or Gcash.
You will receive confirmation of your successful reload of Smartmoney or Gcash to your cellphone.
Using your own Smartmoney/Gcash, you can then send to Global Pinoy Remittance and Services Smartmoney and Gcash numbers.
You will receive confirmation from your successful transfer to our account. Take note of the time of deposit and reference number for your fund request to GPRS.
After confirmation of deposit, the amount will then be transferred to your ECash/Loadwallet.
Take not to only use your own Smartmoney and Gcash numbers to load your account a more reliable transaction with GPRS and faster confirmation of request.

NOTE: Only Pinoy and Global Dealers have FUND TRANSFER tab in their accounts. VISA Retailers and Retailers can top up their ecash funds and loadwallet thru direct deposit from GCash, SmartPadala number of Banks.

All Load Fund and ECASH Fund requests must be send thru SMS only. Kindly send all your Load Fund and ECASH Requests thru these numbers only:

A confirmation text will be sent in your mobile if the request is accepted by the system or not.
NOTE: date format should be mm-dd-yyyy.

FUND TRANSFER OF LOAD WALLET

SIMPLE SYNTAX COMMAND TO TRANSFER LOADWALLET

You can transfer your loadwallet to Retailers using our Retailer Activation Cards by simply texting a command using your registered cellphone number to GPRS Gateway numbers or thru webtool application.
For cellphone:
Just text TRANSFER<space>11 digit mobile number<space>amount then send to gateway number
For webtool:
Login to your account, go to Fund Transfer and select Universal loadwallet then fill up the form provided.

ECASH TO ECASH FUND TRANSFER

Log in to your account. Go to E-CASH. Go over to Remittance/ECASH SEND/ E-Cash to E-Cash for transfer.

To load your E-Cash you can also visit any of our RBC Outlets and pay a minimal reload service charge of P25.00 for any amount up to P50,000.00

Fill up the form found on your page and click submit button.
