1. Can I load all networks with just one sim?
Ans.
YES. You can load all networks by writing a text command to our gateway numbers.
2. How can I load all networks?
Ans.
Just text 'Product Code<space>11 digit number and send to your gateway number.
Note: Just use the gateway number of your own network. Eg. Globe gateway for Globe subscribers, etc.
3. How much do we earn from this loading business?
Ans:
You may earn from 7% to 13% from our loading system.
4. What else do I get from this system?
Ans:
You will have your own accounting/database from your loading business readily downloadable at your convenience for easy verification.
5. Is there chances of error/delay in loading like others?
Ans.
Our system is connecting to TelCos for loading service and we use gateway number to send commands to our system. Common problem encountered by users would be network connection timeouts (TelCos), and regular/major system maintenance will also affect performance.
6. How can I check my balance?
Ans.
You can check your balance by texting BAL and send it to your gateway.
7. How can I check to see if the transaction was successful?
Ans.
You can text 'QUERY' and send to our gateway.
8. Can I check all my transactions?
Ans.
Yes. You can check all your transactions. Simply log in to your account online and select reports.
9. About LOAD WALLET, is there a "charge" if we deposit or top up our account direct to our LOAD WALLET?
Ans:
NO, charge if we top up or deposit for our load wallet.
10. How to convert E-Cash to Load Wallet?
Ans:
Follow the procedure below.
A. once login click the ecash tab
B. mouse over the remittance tab (you will see 2 options ecash send and ecash payout)
C. click ecash send
D. then choose ecash convert to load fund
E. enter the amount & your transaction code
11. Paano kumikita ang mga Load Retailer kung nagagastusan sila everytime na mag load kung mobile phone ang gamit? Magkano ang kita nila kung nababawasan sila ng PISO sa gateway? Any suggestions para maka-tipid ang mga Retailers?

Pang personal use na ang unlitxt at the same time for the business use na rin.
In every business may mga expenses talaga. kaya let's find a way kung saan tayo makamura..less expenses.
I suggest other dealers enroll mobile sa unlitxt/alltxt/fretxt.
Kung naka-plan naman ang phone much better na yun ang i-register at yun ang gamitin, and Online Loading naman
for dealers who always use internet. Especially to those dealers na nasa abroad.
