HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR VISA CARD RIGHT AFTER YOUR FIRST LOG IN

1. Once logged in, you will be directed to the opening page.

2. In the opening page, if you have not activated your VISA CARD, you will see in the upper left portion of of the page that say "Activate Visa Card"

3. Click "Activate Visa Card" and have your VISA CARD information ready.

4. Fill up the required information needed in the Visa Application Form and double check, then click "Submit"

Note: Special Instruction in filling up the Visa Application Form

A. No special characters like "period" or pound or number sign" is accepted. Only "space" and "alpha numeric" characters are accepted in the form.

B. Leave blank the control number and Visa Remitter's name

HOW TO REACTIVATE YOUR GPRS VISA DEBIT CARD BECAUSE OF INACTIVITY OR DORMANCY?

Ans.

1: Contact Chinatrust (Philippines). Chinatrust Bank is the issuer of GPRS Visa Debit Card.

2. Have your Card details ready like Card number, Name of the card owner and address for verification purposes.

3. After the Chinatrust agent verified and updated your account, Contact the GPRS CSR to "LIFT" your card dormancy.

4. All you need to do now is wait after you talked to GPRS CSR or follow the CSR's instructions.

While waiting, we suggest that you check in any Bancnet ATM if your card is already reactivated or not.

HOW TO CHECK ONLINE IF YOUR VISA CARD IS STILL ACTIVE OR MAKE BALANCE INQUIRY?

Ans:

Click "Chinatrust" - You will be directed to Chinatrust's "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" page, then click "I Agree".

You will be directed to a new page where you can now check balance inquiry using the data of your card and your PIN.
